‍

This Privacy Policy describes how Strivacity, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about visitors and users of www.strivacity.com and related services (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

1. Types of Information Collected

We collect two types of information: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while using our Site.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. When you engage in certain activities on this Site, such as registering for a membership or subscription, ordering a product or service, filling out a survey, or sending us feedback, we may ask you to provide certain information by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. We may ask that you provide personal information such as your first and last name, mailing address, email address, and other personal identifying information.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII)

This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on our Site. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis, and may include:

  • Website interactions such as page views, form fills, and links clicked
  • Company-level and individual-level demographic data
  • Ad engagement and responses across platforms
  • Browser type, IP address, and referring website URL
  • Timestamps of visits, engagement metrics, and behavioral patterns

You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to us when you: (a) register for our services or register your email address with us; (b) sign up for special offers; (c) send email messages, submit forms, or transmit other information; or (d) submit payment information when ordering products and services on our Site.

The Company will primarily use your Personally Identifiable Information to provide our services to you, as required by our agreements with you. Strivacity collects and processes intent data to enhance marketing, sales, and customer engagement efforts. The Company does not sell your Personally Identifiable Information to others. The Company provides some of our services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, service providers, partners, and other third parties ("subprocessors"). The Company and our service partners use your Personally Identifiable Information to operate our Site and to deliver their services.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Location-Based Consent Standards

We apply different consent standards depending on your location and applicable legal requirements. Strivacity has adopted a conservative, explicit opt-in posture: we require affirmative consent before activating non-essential tracking technologies for all visitors, regardless of jurisdiction.

Non-essential tags including advertising pixels, identity resolution tools, session recording, and analytics tools will not activate until you have made an affirmative choice through our consent management tool (Cookiebot by Usercentrics), accessible via the Cookie Settings option on the Site. Closing or dismissing the consent banner without clicking an acceptance button does not constitute consent. You may update or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie Settings tool or by contacting us at privacy@strivacity.com.

Strictly necessary technologies required to operate the Site will function regardless of your consent selection. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred prior to withdrawal.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control signals. If your browser or device transmits a GPC signal indicating a preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, we will treat that signal as a valid opt-out request and process it accordingly. You will not be required to take any additional steps to exercise this right.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Strivacity does not sell your personal information. We may share personal information with third-party advertising and analytics providers as described in Section 2. You have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, including through advertising pixels and identity resolution tools.

To exercise this right, you may: (a) use the Cookie Settings tool on our Site; (b) submit a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal through your browser; or (c) contact us at privacy@strivacity.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.

‍California Residents β€” CCPA/CPRA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share
  • The right to delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • The right to limit use of sensitive personal information
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@strivacity.com or write to us at the address in Section 15. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request.

Canadian Residents β€” PIPEDA, CASL, and Quebec Law 25

If you are visiting from Canada, your personal information is handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and, if you are located in Quebec, Quebec Law 25 (Law 25 / Loi 25).

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, and withdraw consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Under CASL, we obtain express consent before installing tracking technologies on your device. Strivacity's conservative explicit consent posture applies to all Canadian visitors.

Quebec Law 25 imposes additional obligations including enhanced transparency, data minimization, and the right to data portability and de-indexing. We apply our explicit consent posture to all Quebec visitors and process your data in accordance with Law 25 requirements.

To exercise your rights under Canadian privacy law, please contact us at privacy@strivacity.com.

European Union and EEA Residents β€” GDPR Rights

If you are located within the European Union or European Economic Area, you are entitled to the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") subject to applicable legal obligations
  • The right to restrict processing of your personal data
  • The right to data portability in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format
  • The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your EU member state

Strivacity, Inc. acts as the Data Controller for personal data collected through this Site. Our Data Privacy Officer can be contacted at privacy@strivacity.com.

Lawful Basis for Processing: We process personal data on the following lawful bases under GDPR Article 6: (a) consent, where you have given explicit consent to processing for one or more specific purposes; (b) contract, where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you; (c) legal obligation, where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation; and (d) legitimate interests, where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests and those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

International Data Transfers: Where we transfer personal data from the EU/EEA to countries outside the European Economic Area, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V, to protect your data. A Data Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) is available at security.strivacity.com or upon request.

To exercise your GDPR rights, please contact us at privacy@strivacity.com. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

United Kingdom Residents β€” UK GDPR Rights

If you are located in the United Kingdom, your personal data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA). The UK GDPR operates independently of EU GDPR following the UK's departure from the European Union.

Your rights under UK GDPR are equivalent to those described in the EU GDPR section above. For data transfers from the UK to third countries, we use International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or other UK GDPR-compliant transfer mechanisms as appropriate.

We apply explicit opt-in consent for behavioral tracking and advertising technologies for all UK visitors. The DUAA 2025 introduced nuances for low-risk analytics but we maintain our conservative explicit consent posture for all tracking and ad pixels.

To exercise your UK GDPR rights or lodge a complaint, you may contact us at privacy@strivacity.com or contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

‍Device Fingerprinting and Probabilistic Identification

In addition to cookies and traditional tracking technologies, we or our third-party service providers including 6sense and Clay may use device fingerprinting and similar techniques to identify returning users across sessions and devices. This may include collection of metadata such as device type, browser settings, screen resolution, installed fonts or plugins, and other technical attributes to generate a unique identifier for fraud prevention, analytics, personalization, or marketing purposes. Where required by law, such identification is subject to your consent and can be disabled through our cookie preferences or by contacting us at privacy@strivacity.com.

6. Security of Information

Your Personally Identifiable Information is protected using industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access control mechanisms, and ongoing security audits. Access to your Personally Identifiable Information is available through a password and unique customer ID selected by you.

No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While the Company strives to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and the Company through this Site cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party.

In the event of a security breach affecting Personally Identifiable Information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required under GDPR Article 33, and in accordance with applicable state and national notification laws. Full details of our security program are available at security.strivacity.com.

Non-essential cookies and tracking technologies will not activate until you provide affirmative consent through our Cookie Settings tool. You may manage, update, or withdraw your cookie consent at any time through the Cookie Settings tool accessible on our Site.

We also use local storage and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience and provide personalized content. A full description of the cookies and technologies we use is available in our cookie declaration, accessible through the Cookie Settings tool.

8. Privacy Policies of Third-Party Sites

Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information the Company collects from you. Other sites accessible through our Site have their own privacy policies and data collection, use, and disclosure practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy. 10. Fair Information Practices and Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach, the Company will notify you via email and, where required, through website notifications or public disclosures, within the timeframes required by applicable law. For California residents, notification will occur in accordance with California Civil Code 1798.82.

11. CAN-SPAM Act

In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Company agrees to: (i) not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses; (ii) include our business mailing address in our emails; (iii) monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance; (iv) honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly; and (v) allow users to unsubscribe by using the appropriate link at the bottom of each email.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future marketing emails, you can contact us at privacy@strivacity.com or follow the instructions at the bottom of any email you receive from us. Users who unsubscribe from marketing emails may still receive essential transactional or account-related communications such as security alerts, service updates, or changes to our Terms and Privacy Policy.

12. CASL β€” Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation

Strivacity complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We obtain express consent before sending commercial electronic messages (CEMs) to Canadian recipients and before installing tracking technologies on the devices of Canadian users. Canadian recipients may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@strivacity.com or by using the unsubscribe mechanism in any commercial electronic message we send.

Implied consent under CASL may exist where a business relationship has been established within the preceding 24 months. Upon expiry of implied consent, we will cease sending commercial electronic messages unless express consent has been obtained.

13. Miscellaneous Privacy Issues

Users must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use this Site. The Company does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors under 18 years of age.

You should be aware that when Personally Identifiable Information is voluntarily disclosed in discussion forums or other public areas on this Site, that information can be collected and used by third parties. Such activities are beyond our control and this Policy does not apply to such information.

We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users. If we introduce such practices in the future, we will provide clear notice and allow users to exercise applicable opt-out rights.

14. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information at any time subject to applicable legal or contractual retention requirements. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

15. General Provisions
