At Strivacity, our documentation is critical to our prospects’ and customers’ understanding of our product. Our documentation is publicly available and is also a critical part of our prospective customers' sales cycles.

We are looking for a technical writer to take ownership of the documentation our customers love and use everyday.

What you’ll do as a Technical Writer

• Author technical documentation for all of Strivacity’s product areas
• Assist in managing the Strivacity documentation website
• Write for various personas, including but not limited to brand managers, marketing teams, technical stakeholders, and security personnel
• Work side-by-side with the engineering, product management, and user experience teams to understand the product, its features, and the people who use it
• Be responsible for the structure and organization of all customer facing documentation
• Create and implement processes for documentation that ensure efficient production of content in a timely manner
• Have the ability to effectively collaborate with highly technical stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• A solid performer with the ability to lead and drive their own  projects
• Someone who understands the business context of their work and uses that to establish direction and approaches
• Someone who has had significant contributions to a body of documentation
• Strong communications skills, especially when it comes to interviewing technical stakeholders
• People skills, with the ability to communicate and build trust with all levels of the company
