Still have questions?

If you can't find the answer in our FAQ, you can always contact us. We will answer you shortly!

Why do I need to schedule a kickoff call to get started?

There are a few knobs and dials we need to turn to set the trial up for different use cases. It’s a lot easier to cover those on a quick call than to go back and forth and back again via email.

Will I get access to the full product?

Yup. It’s the real deal. You’ll be in the same product our paying customers use.

What happens at the end of the trial?

We’ll sync up and talk about next steps. Of course, if the trial checks off your requirements, we hope that you’ll become a customer. If not, we’d love to know what you didn’t see.

What's the difference between the B2B and B2C trials?

In short, they’re tailored to the unique use cases and user flows for B2B and B2C customers. The underlying product is the same. It’s really about how (and why) the different capabilities are being used.

Why aren't identity affirmation and fraud detection included in the trial?

These features usually require a slightly longer (though not long!) conversation to discuss the use case. That’s why we don’t include it by default. If it’s top of mind for you, though, we can definitely chat.
