Reporting to the SVP Global Alliances & Business Development you will

  • Have a passion to serve our clients, which will consist of but not limited too; educating and advising our clients, pre-sales integration or engineering support, conducting use case demonstrations & proof of value engagements, and post production client satisfaction support.
  • Have the ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a technical topic, ideally on the fly at a whiteboard
  • Experience with at least one standard network security protocol (eg. OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP)
  • Experience in Customer Identity, or Identity and Access Management, Single Sign, Security and API-based solutions
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: web (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks) development, mobile (iOS, Android) development, backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby) development, IP-based real-time communications
  • An understanding of core security concerns within a typical application (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, XSRF)
  • The ability to collaborate across a diverse and highly skilled and experienced audience
  • Possess strong written, verbal and presentation skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in technical sales/sale engineering

  • Possess strong written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Strong technical skills and experience
  • Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across an organization and across multiple offices
  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts and solve complex problems
